Owner Jose and the crew did an excellent job. They got here with major equipment and immediately went to work. It was like a well oiled machine with each person knowing their responsibilities as well as staying busy helping other crew members instead of just watching. The end result was definitely worth the wait. The tree looks great and the clean up impeccable . I am so happy we picked the correct contractor Detroit Tree. I want to thank Jose and Talima at Metro Detroit Tree and Firewood for their patience and follow up to get the job. Talima was great, upbeat and positive all the time. I wondered why they didn't get tired of me. Talima's follow up was a big reason they got the job. Thank you very much Talima it was definitely my pleasure.This job was quoted four times over a 14 mo. period. Some other contractors fell out and did not return to requote. The tree belonged to my neighbor who gave everyone a lot of grief, including the Detroit Tree owner Jose while he was here in a reach truck trimming branches. I'll say he handled it professionally, he earned my respect in many ways during the process. Thank you all for a great experience. Oh, the icing on the cake, my wife liked it!
